DELIVERY

Rokos delivers worldwide, despatching from our studio in London, in the United Kingdom.

Once your order is placed, it will be dispatched within 2 working days.

For orders to be delivered within London, same-day or next-day delivery may be possible at no extra cost - if you require this, please be in touch for confirmation.

SENDING GIFTS OUTSIDE THE UK

If you are sending a gift to a recipient outside the UK and would like to pay the duty charges ahead, please let us know and we shall arrange a quote. For these orders, we use a DDP service (Delivery Duty Paid), so the price already includes the import duty and the receiver will not be charged landing taxes when your purchase reaches customs.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We have a 30 day returns policy. If you change your mind about your purchase, we will accept returns up to 30 days after you receive the product, in its original condition, for a full refund, no questions asked. Please return the item in the original packaging at the address below using a use a signed for trackable service. Orders placed in November or December may be returned until the end of January.

Please notify us via email with your name and order number, and a response to your return request will be given within 2 working days and refunds are processed within 7 days of our receiving the return. Please repack your order very carefully to avoid breakage. The funds will be deposited back to your credit/ debit card or PayPal account. We will send you confirmation of the refund via e-mail.

In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please take a photograph, let us know immediately and we will arrange collection and replacement. Please keep the damaged item for our courier.
