For orders to be delivered within London, we may deliver directly from our studio, so same-day or next-day delivery may be possible - if you require this, please be in touch for confirmation.
Sending Orders and Gifts Outside the UK
Orders to be sent outside the UK may be subject to import duty, which is levied once a shipment reaches its destination country. We have no control over additional customs charges and as such, these charges are to be paid by the recipient. If your billing address is different to your delivery address and if the delivery address is outside the UK, we will endeavour to get in touch with you to find out if you would like us to use an alternative courier company where you may pay the customs duty in advance. For certainty, if you are sending a gift directly from us to a recipient outside the UK, please be in touch with us either before or after placing your order if you would like a quote for the Delivery Duties Paid option.
We have a 30 day returns policy. If you change your mind about your purchase, we will accept returns up to 30 days after you receive the product, in its original condition, for a full refund, no questions asked. Please return the item in the original packaging at the address below using a use a signed for trackable service. Orders placed in November or December may be returned until the end of January.
Please notify us via email with your name and order number, and a response to your return request will be given within 2 working days and refunds are processed within 7 days of our receiving the return. Please repack your order very carefully to avoid breakage. The funds will be deposited back to your credit/ debit card or PayPal account. We will send you confirmation of the refund via e-mail.

In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please take a photograph, let us know immediately and we will arrange collection and replacement. Please keep the damaged item for our courier.
A complimentary greetings card may be added to your purchase when gifting your purchase.
(If a card is added to the basket when no item is being purchased it would not be despatched: in this instance we would refund the shipping cost after deducting the cost of of the transaction fee.)
