With your permission, we will send you emails about new products and other updates. People receive our newsletter by either subscribing through the website or by making a request in person at a show. This will either be by leaving a card or writing details in our book. Newsletters are sent by MailChimp, an email communication service. Details stored with MailChimp consist of the subscriber’s name, email address, how the details were gained and the subscriber’s company, if these details were given. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time by selecting the ‘unsubscribe’ button, found at the foot of every newsletter or by contacting us directly with this request.
Our website is hosted by Shopify, an eCommerce platform. They provide us with online e-commerce facilities that allows us to sell our products to you.
Options on our website to make payments include Paypal, Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) and Bank Deposit. We do not see nor have access to your payment card details as these are handled by these third parties.
If you have made a purchase, your name, delivery address, email address and ‘phone number is stored in Shopify’s data storage which is only accessible by us. If you would like this removing after your order has been received, please contact us and we will delete this.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We deliver using Despatchbay, a shipping portal. Through this we can deliver with Parcelforce, Yodel and DHL. Your name, address and 'phone number are passed onto our shippers for the purposes of order fulfilment only.
When you provide us with personal information to place an order it shall be used for that specific reason only.
Other than the reasons given above that are necessary in order to carry out your transaction and delivery, we never pass on details to third parties under any circumstances.
The third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
