In August, the faces of 138 dyslexics were pasted down onto the ground outside the Design Museum to celebrate the brain architecture of dyslexics. It is part of the Inside Out project by photographer JR - a global project that allows communities to tell their stories and turn what they stand for into a public artwork.

Dyslexia: Beautiful Minds was led by Kate Power and Kathy Iwanczak Forsyth, authors of 'The Illustrated Guide to Dyslexia and Its Amazing People'.
The large-scale black and white portraits were pasted onto the forecourt of the museum. Portraits include Richard Rogers, Paul Smith, Sebastian Conran and Eddie Izzard, as well as actors, artists, filmmakers, teachers, milliners and product designers.

It was an enormous privilege for my mug to be included, and I'm massively grateful to all involved, in particular Kate and Kathy who conceived and undertook this ambitious work.

The installation was short lived due to English weather, but the portraits may be seen online here.
